
Healthy Berry Pops with No Artificial Colors or Sweeteners. Recipe adapted from Australian Women’s Weekly

Ingredients
- ▢ ½ cup frozen raspberries thawed
- ▢ 1 cup fresh strawberries
- ▢ 2 tablespoon water
- ▢ 2 tablespoon natural yogurt
Instructions
- Place the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Then pass it through a fine sieve to
- remove the seeds. Now all you have to do is transfer the berry mixture to ice block molds (Popsicle molds) and refrigerate overnight. Done! Berry pops are ready!
