Ingredients

  • ▢ ½ cup grated carrot
  • ▢ 1 large banana roughly chopped
  • ▢ 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ▢ ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • ▢ ½ cup milk
  • ▢ 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • ▢ ¼ teaspoon vanilla essence

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in the jug of a blender. Blend until well combined. Serve immediately.
