Make the stir fry - Start with heating oil in a pan, and then fry garlic until aromatic. Stir fry the ham first followed by shredded cabbage. It will only take a minute for the cabbage to become tender, and then stir in soy sauce and Chinese rice wine vinegar. Give this mixture a quick stir fry until all the flavors combines well.
