Key Ingredients In Mango Chicken Burger

- Mangoes - Ripe, firm mangoes.
- Chicken - Ground or minced chicken.
- Spices - All spice, cayenne pepper and paprika to flavor the chicken.
- Mayonnaise - Combines with sriracha to make spicy mayo.
- Burger buns - Classic or brioche.
- Cabbage - Red and green to make the slaw.
How To Make Mango Chicken Burger
Chicken patties - The patties are made with ground chicken alongside a few flavor elements like all spice, paprika, cayenne pepper, thyme, garlic and egg. You will also need some breadcrumbs so the meat will stick together to form round patties. Coat these patties with breadcrumbs and shallow fry until golden on both sides. This will take about 10 minutes.
Spicy mayo - Regular mayonnaise is absolutely amazing with this burger, but if you want to upgrade the taste, add a little sriracha sauce to mayo to make this delicious spicy mayo.

Mango slaw - Mangoes are the key elements of these burgers, so peel and slice them, and add them to crunchy cabbage slaw. The contrasting sweet and spicy elements is a must in this recipe.
Assemble burgers - This final step is super simple with all the elements, spicy mayo, patties, lettuce and slaw sandwiched between the two burger buns. With the mayo and slaw, you can add more or less depending on the intensity of flavor and crunch you want in the burgers.
