In fact, mayo dip is so popular and reimagining it to make a healthier version is simply awesome. While at first it merely looks like a regular dip, the magic happens when you whisk in the secret healthy ingredient - in this case, yogurt .

It’s all about the perfection of one of my all-time favorite combos of creamy and spicy flavors. In other words, the clear balance of creaminess from mayonnaise and yogurt, and the spicy addition of sriracha. Smoked paprika and ketchup (tomato sauce) brings in the third set of flavors, and they also add the vibrance to the mayo. The idea is to keep the mayo and yogurt as the base ingredients, and then play around with the other flavors to create your favorite.
