Pineapple salsa. The natural sweetness of pineapple combined with spicy jalapeños gives you a delicious salad that’s both sweet and spicy. Accentuate the tropical flavor with a generous drizzle of tangy lemon juice. A must for pineapple lovers, this salsa is perfect with your favorite protein or as a taco filling.

Why I Love This Vibrant Salsa
Gone are the days of savory salsa, this vibrant salad is going to conquer your taste buds. For the perfect fruit salsa, it’s all about the right balance of sweet and savory. It’s also equal parts crunchy and soft, which is why I’m obsessed with it. Apart from that, it’s also easy to put together but looks so fancy.
Pretty yellow chunks of pineapple, gorgeous tomato reds, crunchy cucumber bits with spicy jalapeños, mint leaves and coriander (cilantro) leaves - this simple salsa is a luxe addition to your meal. The base ingredients are very similar to a simple salad but the addition of pineapple chunks makes it so delicious. Apart from adding vibrancy and color, pineapple cuts through the richness of meat and cools the heat from jalapeños. While I love this salsa as a taco filling, it’s also great with grilled meat, chicken and fish. Obviously, a win.
