Sheet pan kebabs. Your favorite kebabs cooked in the oven for an easy meal. No grilling or pan frying required. A convenient twist on traditional kebabs, the meat is pressed on to the baking tray, and separated into strips to form kebabs. These are juicy, delicious and budget-friendly.

Why I Love These Kebabs
If you have noticed sheet pan or one pan recipes have been more popular in recent years, you’re not alone. In fact, it’s all about time saving and prepping homemade meals easier. Yes, we are in the midst of a full-fledged easy cooking hacks era.
The origins of kebabs date back to centuries, but it’s one easy recipe hack that makes this one pan idea so impressive. Simply mix in the seasonings to the ground meat, press it on to a baking sheet and bake. Just divide the meat into long kebab sticks before you bake, and it’s going to be the definition of perfection without the hassle of grilling or pan frying. For the final touch, add these kebabs to a flatbread alongside garlic yogurt sauce, onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves (cilantro). So delicious!
